I just absolutely love Paper Pumpkin kits! A surprise in the mailbox each month – never know what it will be, but I’m never disappointed! I knew as soon as I opened the April kit, the wreath was destined to be for my mom. She loves little wreaths and signs for her apartment door and yellow and green are her favorite colors! Perfect! This kit came with everything I needed to make the wreath, with enough left over for fun embellishments on the matching Mother’s Day card I made for her. The only extras I added on the wreath are the large pearls. One lonely, little cotton paper flower was left, so I put that on the bottom left corner of the envelope to pull everything together.
Monthly subscription boxes are all the rage right now. And so cost effective, too! It’s only $20 plus tax (shipping is included)! You get a fun kit with everything you need to make that month’s project, including a matching ink spot. And, as a subscriber, you can purchase past kits and refills, too! You can choose between pre-paying for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, or month-to-month billing. Super fun!
P.S. Don’t tell my mom what I made her yet! She’s getting it on Sunday!
Let me know if you’re interested in subscribing!
Today’s card features a stamp set called Enjoy the Little Things. It’s the stamp set that goes with a fun project kit in the upcoming Stampin’ Up!® Occasions 2016 catalog. The project kit makes one home décor piece with 13 interchangeable display pieces. I can’t wait to assemble it! In the meantime, the stamp set can hold its own! Two new accessories that will be available as well are the Mint Macaron/Basic Black Bakers Twine and It’s My Party Enamel Dots. The black really makes the Mint Macaron POP! So fun!

Loving this new Catty!
I was always one of “those people” that thought kits just weren’t for me. I felt it would box me in a little too much. After looking at the kits in the Occasions catalog for a while, I decided to take the plunge with a couple of them. One is the Hello Life Project Kit. I decided to get that to put in photos of my daughter that is graduating this month. I thought it would make a super cute display at her grad party. I was so right! When it is completely finished, I will post a photo of it.
I also love the Stampin’ Up! Hooray It’s Your Day Project Kit and matching Stamp Set. It comes with everything you need to create 5 each of 4 different cards! I love being able to reuse the spritz masks and spritzers, too. Totally hooked on them now! I posted all about it in my February 13th blog entry (see that post here), but since 3 months have gone by, I felt a reminder was in order since it’s only available until June 2. Let me know ASAP if you want it!

Be sure to let me know if you want anything! Remember that both the Occasions catalog and the Idea Book & Catalog are only available to order from through June 2! There are several items that have already sold out…luckily this isn’t one of them!
