A friend’s Birthday is right around the corner and I felt the Coffee Cups framelits would be perfect for her. I’ve been using up a lot of my Designer Series Paper lately in my efforts to #cutitdonthoardit, but I was really keeping a tight grip on this particular sheet of coffee rings. I just love it as the background and I’m so glad I used it, along with some Color Theory DSP for the cup. There’s a lot of dimension going on here, as I popped up the Crumb Cake oval, the cup, the sleeve and the lid. I think it allows the thickness of the Bitty Bow to fit in quite well. The Magnetic Platform is a dream come true, cutting out the shapes without the dies moving on me. I hope my friend likes her card as much as I enjoyed making it!
P.S. Big thanks to Hunter for telling me to put the ribbon behind the oval. I struggled a little with that placement!
