Peaceful Place with Guest Stamper Hunter

Hunter and I had a stamping session yesterday and the card she made is so stunning, I asked if she could be my guest stamper today. This daughter of mine is such an artist and can work magic with a few watercolor pencils and blender pens. She dipped into some retired products for this card, proving once again that I am so glad I kept a hold of them. Impressive work, Hunter! Thank you for letting me showcase your card today.

Posted For You With Sympathy

Sadly, I had to make a couple sympathy cards almost 2 months ago. I decided to use the Posted For You bundle – a sweet stamp set that is reminiscent of postage stamps in the past and a coordinating punch. The sentiment is from the new set Framed For You. These cards use two new In Colors – Bumble Bee and Misty Moonlight. These were easy, quick, yet subtle and pretty.

Dressed to Impress with Magenta Madness

Today’s card features a color combo that includes Magenta Madness, one of the new 2020-2022 In Colors. It’s so vibrant and bright that I had to let it shine. If you like this color combo as much as I do, be sure to Pin it!

Magenta Cabana Slate
Dressed to Impress was one of those sets I didn’t think I wanted, but Hunter did. I love it when that happens because she takes me out of my comfort zone. And now I am loving this set. So sassy! I needed a little inspiration, so I turned to my Annual Catalog. The card on page 23 caught my eye, so I decided to CASE (Copy And Share Everything) it. I stamped the color in the perfume bottles in two shades by inking up the stamp, stamping onto the first one, then stamping the second one without reinking it. I then die cut them out to pop them up with Dimensionals (can’t tell in the photo). This turned out to be the perfect card to send to my sweet friend that just had surgery.

A Week of Baby Shower Cards for Baby’s Birthdays – Ages 19 thru 21

I was commissioned to make 21 cards for a baby shower. These cards get handed out to the people attending and the person writes a message to the baby. The baby will then open the card for the corresponding birthday each year until they are 21 years old. This is the third time I’ve been commissioned to do this, but it is the first time the gender was already known – a GIRL!

Each day for 7 days in a row, I will post 3 cards a day. There is a mix of current and retired products on these cards, but all are Stampin’ Up! products. I will list the stamp set used. If you have any questions on any of the other products used, send me an email to jenniferarentstamps@comcast.net
